  • Handles letter / document archiving
  • Preparing various type documents for reporting
  • monitoring daily report absence
  • Make a report

KUALIFIKASI

  • Female, age max 30 years old
  • D3 or S1 (preferably from management/business administration)
  • Have min. 2 year experiences of office administration
  • Have strong communicative skill, high initiation, energetic, high creative, and fast learning
  • Able to make a report
  • Communicative and able to work as a team
  • Analytical thinking and understand main details that is required to solve duties and certain problems
  • MS Office computer and internet literate is a must especially Microsoft Excel (VLookUp , Vipot Table)
